1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to noobo.org, operated by Noobo Educational Networks and Noobo Group LLC ("Noobo," "Light Path," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this website or downloading any curriculum syllabi, lesson plans, worksheets, or storybooks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Family & Co-Op Curriculum License
We grant parents, guardians, homeschooling families, and non-commercial church/family study groups a free, non-exclusive, revocable license to download, print, and use the Noobo Light Path curriculum materials (including Genesis Cycle 1, the 66-Book Expository Syllabus, printable age tracks, worksheets, and The Boy With the Barley Bread) for household and classroom instruction.
- Permitted Use: Printing unlimited copies for your own children, family table, or local non-profit homeschool co-op / Sunday school class.
- Prohibited Use: Reselling, repackaging, removing copyright notices, or commercially redistributing Noobo Light Path PDFs, text, or illustrations without prior written permission from Noobo Group LLC.
3. Educational Guidance Disclaimer
The Noobo Light Path curriculum is a supplementary and homeschool educational framework designed to support proactive parents. Parents and guardians remain solely responsible for complying with their respective state or local homeschooling reporting and compulsory education laws, and for supervising all hands-on science, art, and physical activities described in the lessons.
4. Intellectual Property
All original curriculum structures, lesson scripts, illustrations, logos ("NOOBO Light Path"), software tools, and design elements on noobo.org are the intellectual property of Noobo Educational Networks / Noobo Group LLC and are protected under United States and international copyright and trademark laws.
5. Electronic & SMS Communications
If you voluntarily opt in to receive email or SMS notifications from Noobo Group LLC, message frequency varies based on your requests. Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, or opt out of email updates by replying UNSUBSCRIBE.
